In an InfoScale Storage and InfoScale Availability co-existence scenario, an application service group configuration wizard may display an option to configure NetApp SnapMirror resources
During a service group configuration in an InfoScale Availability environment, an application service group configuration wizard displays the
check box, if your setup has NetApp Snapdrive installed. (3803717)The NetApp SnapMirror resources are required if you use InfoScale Availability to configure disaster recovery and use NetApp filers for storage and NetApp SnapMirror for replication. However, if you use InfoScale Storage as the underlying storage, NetApp SnapMirror resources are not required.
Workaround:
In an InfoScale Storage and InfoScale Availability co-existence scenario, ignore the
check box, if the wizard displays it while configuring an application service group.
