About forced password changes
For increased security, forced password changes are enforced during the initial cluster configuration to ensure known default passwords do not exist on the system.
You must change the default passwords for the admin, maintenance, and IPMI user accounts. The GRUB and root passwords are set to the maintenance account password.
When you change the password, the changed password is synchronized with the other node in the cluster. If after three attempts you fail to change the password, you are prompted to change the password the next time you log in to the node.
