Problems displaying the list of WebSocket servers that were added in NetBackup
This topic describes the problems that may occur when you click in the NetBackup Administration Console. The endpoints that have been added should appear in the WebSocket Server(s) pane.

Error | Explanation and recommended action |
|---|---|
| NetBackup was unable to obtain the WebSocket server endpoints, or was unable to successfully obtain information about a specific endpoint. Contact Veritas Technical Support for further assistance. |
| NetBackup Access Control (NBAC) mode is enabled. The Config Webservices do not support your current NBAC settings. Review the NBAC settings. Consider disabling NBAC. |
