Introduction to AutoSupport architecture
A new architecture for both client and server is implemented in AutoSupport to expand Cohesity's ability to improve customer support. We have created a new client framework that provides modularity in alert management, component monitoring, and software monitoring. It also enables future advanced diagnostics capabilities.
