File System Archiving reports
File System Archiving can create the following types of report:
Archiving report | This report is generated for each normal mode archiving run. The report shows details of what was archived. You can use the following settings to control the level of detail in the report:

Pruning report | This report is generated by each pruning run. You can use the following settings to control the level of detail in the report:

You can configure the reports on the Reports tab in the properties of the File System Archiving task. You can also use the options in the list of File System Archiving settings on the Advanced tab of the site properties to control how you want Enterprise Vault to store and retain the reports.
If you have installed the Enterprise Vault component, you can configure the FSA Reporting feature to provide detailed reports on the status of your file servers.
