New features and enhancements

  • Backup from snapshot feature for VMware.

  • Added more Admin menu options to the left panel of the webpage

  • VMware Cloud Director (VCD) VM restore enhancement for restoring a virtual machine into a new vApp. With this enhancement, you can restore VCD virtual machines into a new vApp in an Organization Virtual Data Center (VDC)

  • When you restore a virtual machine to a new or a different vApp, the computer name box in the dialog is populated with the vApp name and the vDC name for the computer.
