Introducing this guide

This guide describes how to set up Enterprise Vault Skype for Business archiving to archive conversations from Microsoft Skype for Business.

This guide makes the following assumptions:

  • You have already installed and configured Microsoft Skype for Business. For more information, refer to the online Skype for Business documentation.

  • You are familiar with a number of Enterprise Vault features, including the Administration Console and PowerShell Management Shell.

  • You know how to administer Microsoft Windows Server.

  • You know how to administer your storage hardware.
