The nbdeployutil utility may fail to generate usage reports for traditional licensing

When you run a job using the NAS-Data-Protection policy, the nbdeployutil utility fails to generate the usage reports for traditional licensing. This issue is applicable whether you run nbdeployutil at a specific schedule or manually generate the reports.
