Child backup jobs may enter a queued state for workloads that use BigData policy

In NetBackup Appliance environments with multiple backup hosts where the BigData policy is used, one of the child backup jobs may go into a queued state if the media server goes into an inactive state. This scenario applies to Hadoop, HBase, and MongoDB workloads.

Workaround:

From the Media and Device Management > Devices > Media servers menu in NetBackup Administration Console, right-click the inactive media server and change the status from Deactivated to Activate.
