Choosing how to highlight search terms
You can turn off or on the highlighting of search terms in the results pane and reading pane, and enable navigation between the search terms highlighted in the selected item. You can also change the highlight color.
To choose how to highlight search terms
- Click your user name at the top right of Enterprise Vault Search.
- Click Preferences.
- At the left of the Preferences dialog box, click Hit Highlighting.
The highlighting options appear.
- Choose the required options to highlight results.
You can enable hit highlighting for the results pane and the reading pane. If you enable hit highlighting for the reading pane, you can also enable navigation between the search terms highlighted in the selected item.
- In the Highlight color list, select a color and then click Done.
