保管庫快取程式內容：「狀態」標籤
它也可讓您中止同步處理，或是在中止同步處理之後繼續同步處理。當您中止同步處理時，目前的所有同步處理程序都會停止，且 Enterprise Vault 不會對保管庫快取程式執行任何進一步更新。
您或許能將項目移至保管庫以進行歸檔，這取決於管理員設定 Enterprise Vault 的方式。如果 Enterprise Vault 因故無法歸檔您虛擬保管庫中的項目，您可以按下「重試」以嘗試再次歸檔。Enterprise Vault 無法歸檔的項目會放在虛擬保管庫中的「無法歸檔」資料夾。
附註:
即使您停止並重新啟動 Outlook，同步處理仍會維持中止，直到您選擇繼續同步處理為止。
