About the Enterprise Vault AT&T Synaptic Storage migrator

The Enterprise Vault AT&T Synaptic Storage migrator lets you migrate archived data to and retrieve it from the cloud using AT&T Synaptic Storage as a Service. You can use AT&T Synaptic Storage as a secondary storage location in the cloud to store infrequently accessed data.

The Enterprise Vault AT&T Synaptic Storage migrator is installed as part of Enterprise Vault 10.0.1 or later. It moves CAB files, created by the Enterprise Vault file collection software, to the AT&T cloud.

Caution:

Using the AT&T Synaptic cloud storage as secondary storage can make some Enterprise Vault operations, such as retrieval, take a long time to process.
