Explanation: The possible causes are:
Trust is not established with any Certificate Authority yet.
Unable to obtain the list of trusted Certificate Authorities to establish a connection with the application server.
Recommended Action: Ensure that the certificates and the CRL files are in the correct format and that the trust store file and the CRL files are not corrupted.
