Main > Manage > Storage > Add — Use this command to add a new disk. It also displays the disks that are in a New Available state and can be added.
SYNOPSIS
Add [Disk ID]
DESCRIPTION
This command enables you to add a storage disk. The total capacity of the disk gets added to the Unallocated space.
OPTIONS
- Add [DiskID]
Use to add storage disk, where [DiskID] is the ID of the disk. The Disk ID appears when you run the Show Disk command. For example, S0001FB3BC00000A62501ABDA009. After a disk is added, the total capacity of the disk gets added to the Unallocated space.
Note:
If the disk ID is not specified with the Add command, the appliance lists the disks that can be added. Only a disk in New Available state can be added.
