Step-1: Download a ServiceNow MID server

System Admin role is required to perform this step. Skip this step if you have an existing MID server.

  1. Use the Filter Navigator to search for and select MID Server in the IT Analytics ServiceNow App.
  2. Select Downloads.
  3. Select the appropriate download binary to match your NetBackup IT Analytics Portal server operating system.
