Step-4: Set the base URL

Inside your IT Analytics ServiceNow App:

  1. User the Filter Navigator to search for APTARE.
  2. Select Configuration Properties.
  3. Set the value of BaseURL to the URL of the NetBackup IT Analytics Portal instance.

    For example: https://itanalyticsportal.companydomain.com/
