Step-1: Create MID server

You can skip this step if you already have an existing MID server.

Inside your IT Analytics ServiceNow App:

  1. Create a new MID Server record using the Filter Navigator to search for MID Server.
  2. Select MID Server.
  3. Go to MID Server > Servers.
  4. Click New to create a new MID Server record.
  5. Enter the name of the new MID Server. For example: NITAMID.
