Cloud API
The 'Aptare Collector Project' requires the billing API enabled.
The following procedure details to enable cloud API
Select the Aptare Collector Project.
Navigate to API & Services > Library.
Search for the Billing API's.
Select Google Cloud Billing API.
Click ENABLE.
Search for the Resource API's.
Select Google Cloud Resource Manager API.
Click ENABLE.
Search for Compute API's and then select Google Compute Engine API.
Click ENABLE.
