Known issues
Issue ID | Description |
|---|---|
DI-19013 | While migrating Indexer, In progress classification requests are not processed. Workaround Stop the In-progress Classification requests manually before initiating Indexer migration. |
DI-19588 | After classifying NetApp C-mode (NFS), large number of read events are generated. |
DI-19602 | After migrating Windows collector to Linux collector, only NFS shares are supported. |
DI-22400 | When scans are executed using a Server Pool, the User column in the Scan History section (located under Settings > Scan Status) appears empty. This issue occurs even though the scan is successfully completed. |
DI-22358 | After performing a MIP label scan on a fresh setup and ingesting data, the Workspace tab may initially display Tags instead of Microsoft Labels. This occurs due to a delay in the UI refresh process. The correct label Microsoft Labels is displayed automatically after approximately 30 minutes. This issue is cosmetic and does not affect data accuracy or scan results. |
DI-23785 | Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) scan reports garbage values for SQLite file entries when the files folder contains I18N (non-ASCII) characters. As a result, file names with international characters appear corrupted in scan results. |
DI-23734 | When device paths for OCI and Pure Storage devices are uploaded via a CSV, they are processes, leading to policy creation or application error. |
DI-23755 | Full scan jobs for OCI devices do not get triggered after a paused scan is resumed. These full scan jobs are incorrectly marked as Successful even though they were not completed. Workaround Before running full scan jobs for OCI devices, navigate to Cloud Sources and select the OCI device. Click the associated collector, go to Advanced Settings, and ensure that the Pause scanner for specific time box under Full Scan is unchecked. |
DI-23990 | When a MIP label's display name is updated in Azure, Information Governance does not refresh the label metadata for CIFS devices and continues to display the old label name instead of the updated one. |
