Description

Controls whether an Application Log entry is made when an item failed conversion to HTML and, as a fallback, the item was converted to text.

Controls whether to report when an item failed conversion to HTML and, as a fallback, was converted to text. Fallback to text errors on the local Enterprise Vault server are reported in the Enterprise Vault Converters event log.

Note that this setting does not override the registry setting, Storage\FailedConversionEvents

Restart the Storage service to apply changes to the registry value.

This value is supported as a local server override of the site setting, Log fallback to text events. The site setting should be used to ensure a consistent content conversion configuration for all Enterprise Vault Storage servers in the site.
