Email Template Customization Screen

This screen allows for the customization of email templates used during restore and backup operations. Permissions Configuration Ensure the IIS users have read/write access to the EmailTemplates folder:

  • Grant the necessary permissions by running the following command in a Command Prompt with administrative privileges:icacls

    C:\Program Files\Cohesity\NetBackup Self Service\11.0\Website\EmailTemplates /grant IIS_IUSRS:(OI)(CI)M /T

Upgrading from an Older Version

If you have customized email templates from an earlier version of NetBackup Self Service (NSS), please copy and replace them into the following folder path after installing version 11.0:

C:\Program Files\Cohesity\NetBackup Self Service\11.0\Website\EmailTemplates
