备份索引位置
每个 Enterprise Vault 索引服务可以在多个位置存储其索引，您必须备份所有这些位置。在各个 Enterprise Vault 服务器上，索引位置列在 属性页的选项卡上。
以下过程显示了如何在名为 EVServer.domain1.local 的服务器上查找需要备份的索引位置。
注意:
若要查找需备份的所有索引位置的完整列表，必须在运行索引服务的所有 Enterprise Vault 服务器上完成此过程。
查找必须备份的索引位置的完整列表
- 在管理控制台的左窗格中，浏览到“Enterprise Vault 服务器”> EVServer.domain1.local >“服务”。
- 在右窗格中，右键单击 Enterprise Vault Indexing Service，然后单击“属性”。
- 单击“索引位置”选项卡，注意必须备份的索引位置。
在备份索引位置之前，必须将它们置于备份模式。
注意:
对于 Enterprise Vault 10.0 和更高版本，在将索引位置设置为备份模式之前，您必须确保您的环境中的所有 Indexing Service 都在运行。
当索引位置处于备份模式时，用户可以继续搜索其归档。对于在备份期间无需维持此功能的环境，在进行备份时可以停止所有 Indexing Service。如果执行了此操作，则无需将索引位置设置为备份模式。
