Managing items blacklisted by Enterprise Vault for Domino

If the Enterprise Vault for Domino mailbox or journal archiving tasks encounter an item that they can successfully archive but cannot subsequently update with Enterprise Vault specific properties and shortcut conversion, then the item is added to a blacklist for that mail or journal database. The archiving tasks do not reprocess the item on subsequent archiving runs.

There may be duplicate archived versions of items that have been blacklisted. You may want to delete such duplicates. 

You may want to reprocess blacklisted items after the cause of the problem has been fixed.
