Prerequisites
- Administrative privileges are required to install this Service Pack.

Post Requisites
- A full backup is recommended after installing this Service Pack.
- The IDR recovery media (the ISO created through the IDR Wizard) needs to be recreated after installing this Service Pack.
- Agent for Windows Servers will need to be updated after installing this Service Pack.
- Remote Agent for Linux/Unix/Macintosh Servers (RALUS/RAMS) will need to be updated after installing this hotfix.

Issue(s) Introduced with this Hotfix:

- During a set copy (duplicate) of a GRT set from the deduplication folder, ODBC errors are reported in the Backup Exec Alerts and in the event log. (Resolved in HOTFIX 167567
  See TECH169043 for details.

- A NULL-SERVER object can be displayed in the list of servers in the Backup / Restore views after backing up using client side deduplication.  See TECH169051 for details.
