Overview of Changes
The Arctera Insight platform will change our website addresses (URLs) beginning on February 16, 2026, as part of Arctera’s continued separation from Veritas. We will introduce new arctera.com URLs and existing veritas.com URLs will be supported during a defined transition period to allow customers time to make necessary updates.
Transition Period Details:
From February 16 through March 31, 2026, both the existing veritas.com URLs and the new arctera.com URLs will remain operational. During this transition period, customers may see in-product banners reminding them to update bookmarks, links, and single sign-on configurations to use the new URLs.
Redirects from veritas.com URLs to arctera.com URLs will be in place during the transition period. On March 31, 2026, veritas.com URLs will be fully retired, and customers will need to access the platform using the new arctera.com URLs.
How should customers prepare for this change? What URLs will change?
Only veritas.com website addresses will change. Journaling endpoints, and any domain ending in archivecloud.net, liveoffice.com, or archivesuite.com will not change at any time. Customers will not have to change any journaling configuration at any time also.
From February 16 through March 31, 2026, both the existing veritas.com URLs and the new arctera.com URLs will point to the same IP addresses. There are no new IP addresses being introduced.
