Problem

If Enterprise Vault Search is launched in Outlook-integrated mode, users receive error: 404 - File or directory not found, when using the download option in the right click menu or buttons near the top right of the preview pane:

The issue happens only in Enterprise Vault 15.1

Error Message

404 - File or directory not found
