NBServerMigrator Update: rename operation - When COSP is configured

Description

Steps to perform in rename, when COSP is configured in the environment
 

After the Rename and Post Rename operation has been completed, execute the below steps -

1. If Media Server has been configured as Backup Host -
   On the Media Server configured as Backup Host for Cloud Store Objects, execute the below commands -
   a) /usr/openv/pdde/pdcr/bin/nbcosp stop
   b) /usr/openv/pdde/pdcr/bin/nbcosp start
    
2. If Snapshot Manager has been configured as Backup Host -
   a) On the Cloudpoint Server configured as Backup Host, edit the bp.conf to reflect new Primary Server name -
        In the file /cloudpoint/openv/netbackup/bp.conf replace SERVER=<old_name> with new primary server name
   b) Update the certificates on NBSM
       flexsnap_configure renew --primary <new-primary-server-name>  --token <re-issue-token>
