4) Delete the Cluster Manager folder from \ProgramFiles(x86)\VERITAS path, if it exists.
5) Ensure Visual C++ Redistributable package (2015-2022) x86 or the latest version of Visual C++ Redistributable package x86 is installed on the server.
6) Install the vrtsvcscscm.msi extracted from Step #2.
NOTE: This VCS Java Console is compatible with InfoScale versions 7.4 to 9.0
