OneDrive and SPOnline scans are cancelled on its own

Problem

OneDrive and Sharepoint Online (SPOnline) scans are canceled on their own after running for several hours.

Cause

The configuration database of the Management Server has the scanner.enabled and filer.scanNewSharesImmediately obj_attributes disabled for the object ID as seen below:

Solution

Check mark the Enable Microsoft OneDrive Account scanning for OneDrive or Sharepoint Online from Settings > Filers > Edit menu.

This option, if left unchecked, will cause scanning to be aborted even when started manually.
