The following services are specifically excluded from Global Technical Support for NITA.
A. Creation or modification of custom SQL Server components such as the following:
- scripts
- queries
- customized reports
B. Enhancements to any existing customized iterations of the above items.
Veritas Professional / Consulting services can be contacted for assistance with any of these types of requests.
