NFS 共有がディスクへのバックアップストレージデバイスとして使用できることを確認する方法

問題

Backup Exec は、UNC パス形式 (\\サーバー名\フォルダ名 など) を使用して、NFS 共有をディスクへのバックアップストレージデバイス (B2D) として使用することをサポートしています。

現時点では、検証済みで認定された NFS デバイスはありません。お客様は、NFS デバイスまたは NFS 共有を B2D として使用できることを確認できます。

解決策

1. Backup Exec サービスアカウント (BESA) を使用して Backup Exec サーバーにログオンします。

2. コマンドプロンプトを開きます。

3. Backup Exec がインストールされているフォルダに移動します。

C:\...> cd C:\Program Files\Veritas\Backup Exec (デフォルトの場合)

4. 次のコマンドを実行します。

C:\...> b2dtest -d -w \\server-name\folder-name

-d: (デフォルト指定) NFS デバイスまたは NFS 共有についてコメントの入力を抑制します。

-w:(作業フォルダ) 検査対象の NFS 共有を UNC パス形式で指定します。

制限事項:

• 簡易災害復旧 (SDR: Simplified Disaster Recovery) では、Backup Exec サーバーの復旧時に NFS 共有を使用することができません。リモートサーバーは、稼働中の Backup Exec サーバーと NFS 共有を使用して復旧できます。

• NFS 共有からのバックアップはサポートされていません。
