Cause

There are multiple issues causing this error:

  1. The Version ID of the object being written to the bucket could not be obtained using the default method to fetch it.
  2. The default timeout values are too low for large sized files.

Solution

This issue has been fixed in Enterprise Vault 14.4.2 and later versions.

NOTE: Additional setting configurations will need to be performed if partition device type is different then Netapp StorageGrid.  Please contact Veritas Support for the additional steps needed if device type IS NOT Netapp StorageGrid S3.
