Veritas Enterprise Vault (EV) Vault Cache Synchronization keeps running for Windows 11 22H2
In Microsoft Outlook, while performing Enterprise Vault cache synchronization, the STATUS changes to COMPLETE under the Header Synchronization. However, the STATUS keeps showing as SYNCHRONIZING under Content Synchronization.
Items to download count do not reduce and display the initial count.
Despite the above-referenced issue, the items have synched in the background and can also be seen under Virtual Vault.
There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. While this issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time, it is not currently scheduled for any release.
