解決策

1) DLO サーバー (または重複排除 / エッジサーバー) にインストールされているウィルス対策ソフトウェアから、次のプロセス (システムに存在する場合) を除外します。

X:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache24\bin\httpd.exe
X:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO\Dedupe\Tomcat\bin\tomcat8.exe
X:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO\DLOAdminSvcu.exe
X:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO\dlomaintsvcu.exe
X:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO\IOServer\Tomcat\bin\tomcat8.exe

 

2) DLO サーバーにインストールされているウィルス対策ソフトウェアから、次のフォルダ、及びサブフォルダを除外します。

X:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache24
X:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO

 

3) DLO 重複排除サーバーにインストールされているウィルス対策ソフトウェアから、ネットワークユーザデータフォルダ (NUDF) / 重複排除ストレージを除外します。

 

4) DLO クライアントマシンにインストールされているウィルス対策ソフトウェアから、次のフォルダ、及びサブフォルダを除外します。

X:\Program Files (x86)\Veritas\Veritas DLO
X:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO
