PostgreSQL backup fails with the error noted below when running the nbpgsql.exe command.
If MSVCP100.dll already exists in environment, such as Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 installed, the problem will not occur.

This problem occurs because the following file is not deployed by the NetBackup 10.0 installation.

This issue is resolved in NetBackup 10.1 and higher versions.
