Problem
"Unable to login, status: 537" to NetBackup Java Console.
Error Message
Cause
The NBU Catalog partition is full.
Solution
Expand the NBU Catalog partition on the Appliance with "unallocated" space if possible using the Appliance UI or Appliance Clish.
Appliance UI
1. Log on to the NetBackup Appliance Web Console. (This is the Appliance Console, which is different to the NetBackup WebUI, which would not be accessible with the NBDB down)
2. Click Manage > Storage .
3. In the Partitions section, click the partition that you want to resize. The partition details page opens.
4. In the Partition Distributions on Disk section, click Resize.
5. Enter appropriate values for the parameters on the Resize <partition> dialog. Click Resize to resize the partition.

Review the following points before you resize a storage partition:
The AdvancedDisk, Configuration, NetBackup Catalog, MSDP, and the MSDP Catalog partitions can be resized to a higher or a lower value. To resize, enter values in increments of 1 GB.
Each partition has a minimum and maximum supported size. Ensure that you resize a partition within these values.
6. The progress details are displayed when you resize a partition.
7.Restart appliance services following resize
Main > Support > Processes > NetBackup Stop
Main > Support > Processes > NetBackup Start

Resize Partition Size Unit
Description
This command enables you to create, resize, or delete the storage partitions in your appliance. The Resize command can be used for a single storage partition at a time. You can use this command to resize the storage capacity of a partition to a higher or a lower value. The disk storage cannot be expanded to a size that is greater than the unallocated space.
Note:
Shares can only be resized with this command. They cannot be created or deleted. Use the Create and Delete commands to create and delete shares.

Use to resize the storage partitions, where:
Partition refers to the name of the partition like AdvancedDisk, Catalog, Configuration, MSDP, etc.
Size refers to the size to which you want to resize the partition.
Unit refers to the unit for resizing the partition in (GB/TB/PB).
