Our Support Portal offers you time-saving tools to help diagnose and resolve many of your product-related challenges. The Support site also provides links to articles on how to use the Veritas Knowledge Base, create a Veritas Account, manage subscriptions and leverage other Veritas Support resources.

Support Knowledge

Our Support Knowledge database can help you diagnose and solve technical issues with a robust offering of documentation content. You can search through Knowledge base content, documentation, Community posts, and Technical Alerts. You can also filter results by product to find articles such as tutorials, user guides, frequently asked questions and release notes.

To access the Support Knowledge database, please visit the Support Website and select either the “Knowledge base” or “Documentation” tab.
