Cause

The error "File does not belong to this user" is seen when a VIP user is migrated to NON-VIP profile.

Solution

1. Migrate the user to VIP profile in DLO Admin console.
2. Restore the files required.
3. Once data is restored use can be assign back to NON-VIP profile.
