NetBackup appliances with version 3.2 require restart of NetBackup processes to enforce modified MSDP tuning parameters

After you have completed the initial configuration of the appliance, immediately restart the NetBackup processes to enforce the modified MSDP parameters as follows:
- Log in to the NetBackup Appliance Shell Menu and navigate to
Support > Processes. - Run the following commands in the order as shown:
Processes NetBackup Stop
Processes NetBackup Start
Note: If you have already deployed 3.2 appliances into your production environment, you can restart the NetBackup processes as described above at a time that is most convenient for you.
