CloudPoint upgrade to 2.2.0 fails with "/usr/bin/keytool: No such file or directory"

Problem

When upgrading to CloudPoint 2.2.0 using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) build the upgrade may fail with "/usr/bin/keytool: No such file or directory"

Error Message

Adding MongoDB certificate to the trust store .../root/cp_start.sh: line 577: /usr/bin/keytool: No such file or directory
/root/cp_start.sh: line 579: /usr/bin/keytool: No such file or directory

Cause

The upgrade code in the GCP build resulted in an error.

Solution

There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. However, the issue is currently scheduled to be addressed in the next major revision of the product.
