Cause
The Datastore where the VM resides is expanded in size.
Solution
- A reboot of the NetBackup VMware Backup Host will be needed.
- Re-scan the LUNs presented to the NetBackup on the backup host.
- Note: Please follow OS Vendor Specific directions.
The same error messages in the VxMS provider log could also be seen for VMware restores using SAN transport mode.
The same solution applies to restore.
NBD transport mode can be used as a workaround for both backup and restore.
