Description
When configuring BE for OST using the "Configure Storage" wizard and Ethernet, the "Server name" field is typically answered with an IP address or an FQDN.
When using FC, that "Server Name" answer must be obtained from the OST management tool.
In the screenshot below, follow the numbered sequence to obtain the "Identifier" (numnber 4). This "Identifier" is entered into the BE OST configuration wizard.
Use care when selecting your "Store" (LSU) to be sure that it is the "Store" that is intended for FC use. Do NOT attempt to use the same "Store" over FC and Ethernet at the same time.
