1. Log on to the NetBackup Appliance Shell Menu .
2. Enter the following command:
    Main > Support > Logs > Share Open
3. Map or mount the appliance share directory.
4. View the log files patch_log_xxx .

Find the possible causes and solutions in the error logs.
For assistance, save the shared logs and contact Veritas Technical Support.
