How To Auto Delete The Collection Task Data From The Preservation Store (Destination)

Description

In version 7.1.2 FIX2 and later, the ability to delete Collection Task data from the Preservation Store (Destination) is available.

In order to make use of this functionality, an ESA System property has to be added/modified.

1. Log in to the Clearwell User Interface as an Administrator

2. Click System > Support Features

3. From the drop down list, select Property Browser

4. Fill in the values as follows:

   a. Select the case (or system): System

   b. Name of property to change: esa.icp.task.deleteOnDiskTaskData           <<< Please note, the value IS case sensitive

   c. New value (leave blank to remove): true         <<< Please note, the value IS case sensitive

   d. Make sure you check Confirm change. Are you sure?

   e. Click Submit

There is no need to re-start the Clearwell services after the change.

Attempt to delete the collection task data again.
