Problem
A message that in native view shows the wrong date when compared to the indexed sent date:
Error Message
No error messages are displayed in this situation.Workaround
The workaround is to image the documents in the case using the legacy imaging tool IGC.
To do this, set the following property to disabled: esa.imaging.muhimbi.service.enabled and restart the Clearwell services.
If documents are cached that exhibit this, please contact technical support as it'll be necessary to clear the cached versions that show the incorrect date.
Solution
This issue has been resolved in version 9.1 and above.ESA-43638
