Problem

Unable to delete an Enterprise Vault (EV) server from Vault Admin Console (VAC), Event 13360 logged with reference conflict in constraint "CONS_FK_COMPUTERENTRY_TRACEENTRY"

Cause

Saved traces remain for the target server.

 

Solution

This issue can be resolved by deleting the saved traces from Vault Admin Console.

1. Login to Enterprise Vault (EV) Server with Vault Service Account (VSA) credentials.
2. Open Vault Admin Console (VAC) and go to Tools in top menu bar.
3. Select Advanced Features
4. Refresh the console by pressing F5 at the Enterprise Vault Servers option.
5. Expand the Enterprise Vault Servers container and then <Enterprise Vault server name>
6. Select Traces
7. Remove all saved traces.

Note: If the issue persists with same event, even after removing traces from Vault Admin console, then contact Veritas Technical Support for further instructions.
