Solution
1. Event logs in the application error and event id 1000.
2. Very Low disk space on drive where Netbackup installed.
3. Need to create significant disk space on that drive.
4. Rename vxdbms.conf file to vxdbms.conf_OLD file.
5. Run this command "create_nbdb -config_only –force" from netbackup\bin folder to recreate the vxdbms.conf file which was successfully completed.
