OpsCenter does not collect data from the managed servers that are configured within a network address translation (NAT) network. It will fail trying to locate the master server if managed servers are configured within a NAT network.
The only way to manage these master servers is to configure on a network without NAT. The OpsCenter server is also required to have a fixed hostname & static IP.
