Cause

Required disk volume cannot be used because it is in a DOWN state.

 

Solution

1, Run the following command to confirm the volume is in a down state:
nbdevquery -listdv -stype PureDisk -U

2. Run the following command to attempt to up the disk volume:-
nbdevconfig -changestate -stype PureDisk -dp <disk_pool_name> -dv <disk_volume_name> -state RESET

3. Confirm the option "This directory can exist on the root file system or system disk" is checked on the Storage Unit Disk properties.
