Problem
LiveUpdate fails on Windows servers with a status 1806/1812 in the liveupdate log.
Error Message
From the liveupdate log on the client system:

The LiveUpdate session exited with a return code of 1806, LiveUpdate downloaded all of the updates you requested, but was unable to install any of them.
Solution
1. After a LiveUpdate fails with statuses 1806 and 1812 reported in the liveupdate log, open the task manager on the client and go to the "Processes" tab.
2. Check to see if the "tracker.exe" process is running.
3. If tracker.exe is running then end the tracker.exe process and re-run the LiveUpdate. Here are instructions for disabling tracker.exe permanently:
